02 Manufacturing
2.1 Core
This cast resin type transformer features a silicon steel laminated core with 45° skewed joints and epoxy binding, reducing no-load loss by 20% versus standards. With optimized 1.65-1.72T flux density, ≤75K temperature rise (Class F), and ≤55dB noise, it’s ideal for demanding applications like engine testing, ensuring 20+ years maintenance-free operation.
2.2 Winding
![]() | The transformer winding utilizes high-purity copper conductors with multi-layer insulation, ensuring excellent electrical and mechanical performance. The HV winding employs sectional layer winding for optimized electric field distribution, while the LV winding uses foil design for enhanced short-circuit resistance. Encapsulated by vacuum-cast epoxy resin, the winding forms a robust and thermally conductive insulation system, resistant to moisture, dust, and partial discharge. The resin’s high thermal conductivity, combined with built-in cooling ducts and fans, ensures stable temperature rise and overload capability. |
2.3 Final Assembly
| The cast resin type transformer features modular assembly design, integrating vacuum-cast epoxy windings with high-permeability silicon steel cores, secured by insulating spacers and clamping mechanisms. Equipped with off-load tap changer (±2×10%) and 3.3kV/6.6kV voltage selector, it incorporates smart temperature control and forced-air cooling. Optional IP20 enclosures provide robust protection, offering vibration resistance, maintenance-free operation and low noise. | ![]() |
