On August 5, 2025, SCOTECH’s factory played host to a delegation of six esteemed customers from South Africa. Their visit aimed to gain an in-depth understanding of SCOTECH’s production capabilities and technical expertise as a leading transformer company in the foreign trade sector. Specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of transformers, SCOTECH has built a strong presence in global markets, with its products reaching numerous countries and regions worldwide.
The visitors kicked off their tour by examining the transformer manufacturing process. At the core stacking station, workers operated advanced equipment with precision, stacking silicon steel sheets into cores with remarkable efficiency-an operation that drew appreciative nods and prolonged attention from the guests. In the coil winding area, high-precision winding machines ran smoothly, wrapping insulated wires tightly around cores to ensure parameters like turns and wire diameter met stringent standards. The tank production workshop showcased a seamless collaboration between modern welding robots and skilled workers, resulting in robust, tightly sealed tanks that form a reliable safeguard for transformer operation.
Moving on to the assembly section, the customers witnessed components being meticulously integrated into complete transformers, with every step adhering to rigorous process flows and quality control protocols. In the testing facility, various transformers underwent comprehensive performance evaluations, covering both electrical and mechanical properties. Real-time test results displayed on monitors underscored SCOTECH’s commitment to delivering stable, reliable products.
